ICSICT 2024 Outstanding Young Scholar Paper Award Application

ICSICT 2024 will choose the Outstanding Young Scholar Papers through public appraisal. The applicant MUST satisfy the following conditions:

1. The applicant should not be a student and must be younger than 40 years old
2. The applicant should be the first author of the paper
3. The applicant should attend the conference and give oral presentation on time
